A primary research focus in the Semple-Rowland lab is development of lentivectors designed to meet our experimental needs in our studies of photoreceptor needs and those of collaborators who study aging, neural development and neural regeneration. Most recently our focus has been on development of vectors capable of targeted delivery of multiple proteins to infected cells. The expression characteristics of the vectors listed on this page have been studied in cell culture and in vivo. We use everyVECTOR to catalog our vectors and provide them for perusal. A listing of recently published vectors is shown below, along with links to the mansucripts in which they are described and a link to the vector information that we posted in everyVECTOR.
